My name is René Sonnenberg. With my freelance company ESTATE ENGINEERS, I work as an industrial engineer specializing in construction and real estate. For many years, I have been helping builders, owners, and investors turn their ideas into reality—with clarity in the process, technical depth, and a genuine flair for economically viable solutions.
ESTATE ENGINEERS is an independent, building permit-authorized engineering firm based in Leipzig. With our long-standing partners, we specialize in construction and real estate projects in Leipzig and the Central German metropolitan region – from the initial vision to successful completion.
